I was one of the TriDelta GreekSing Chair of 2010. This job required recruiting a fraternity to partner with our chapter, selecting a show, designing sets and costumes and distilling a full length musical into an eleven minutes adaption. TriDelta choose to work with Delta Tau Delta and performed Hairspray, The musical. In addition to rewriting the musical and running rehearsals, I was in charge of sets. We built 14 foot back drops and two 12 foot giant hairspray canisters. We met our budget including all the costumes most of which were my original creations. I was also responsible for all makeup and hair in the production. Everyone worked extremely hard and I am proud to say that TriDelta won second place.
